We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad as follows.

Provision of digital content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be sent to you as a file via email within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the time of your payment instruction).

Digital content will be provided to you via a link sent to you by email.
This email containing access data for providing the digital content will be sent within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Digital content is provided to you in your customer account.
The goods will be made available within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
You will also be informed about the availability by email.

Delivery times

For goods individually designed according to customer requirements, the proof template will be created within 3-5 working days after conclusion of the contract, the design work will be carried out and the goods will be delivered within 21-28 working days after approval of the proof template (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 3 - 5 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 5 - 14 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
